Postage Information

For single consignments we use the Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. Usually packages arrive at their UK desinations within 1-2 working days of our dispatch, it is unlikely that we can find a better service to use, if we can we will. If you need an item in a rush or require recorded delivery, we are happy to help, but may levy an additional charge for this service. Postage charges will again be clear and transparent.

International postage cannot be automatically be calculated within our current system. However, where a package is purchased to be shipped internationally we send an electronic invoice for the 'international surcharge' once this has been completed the package will be despatched as soon as possible.

Multiple or large consignments within the UK are sent via our selected courier (currenly Fed Ex) on 24 hour service. Orders can be tracked and followed from door to door. European and other offshore orders are dealt with on a case by case basis costs are trasparent as in all other transactions.

Mainland Europe and Republis of Ireland

Postage is not a cost that we can hide from, if we were able to absorb it, we would. The next best option is that we provide clear and transparent information on what the cost entails and why they are as they are.

Postage Costs

Packaging, securing contents, labelling and presentation all ensure that your item arrives with you or the person whom is receiving the item timely, attractively and in an undamaged condition. However, this does without cost and has to be included in postage charges.

Please note that for all shipments to the Rest of the World we need you to contact us for a quote on the cost of shipping. Orders placed without conatct will be required to pay the surcharge of the additional cost for delivery.

North America, Australia, Far East and Rest of the World

Unfortunately due to the prohibitive costs for the shipping of the large chest style to anywhere outside of the UK (£30+) we CANNOT accept orders for these items to anywhere outside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Any orders placed will be offered an alternative to the large chest or a refund for the ordered goods.
